1、负责字节跳动在抖音、今日头条等各端上的广告样式跨端解决方案和平台产品开发，支持包括信息流广告、开屏广告、搜索广告、激励广告在内的各种广告形态，基于现代Web开发、低代码技术等方案，设计和研发一站式样式开发平台，提高样式的生产力； 2、基于产品的发展趋势和系统的技术挑战，设计相应的前端架构，支持字节跳动广告业务长期增长； 3、跨团队配合完成整体项目规划、设计与开发工作，并且参与项目的组件开发、平台优化，业务基建等任务。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业，具备扎实的技术基础； 2、深入理解各种Web前端技术，包括CSS3、HTML5、TypeScript、React、Vue等前端主流技术栈； 3、关注新事物、新技术，善于沟通，工作积极主动，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作能力； 4、有互联网广告产品开发经验者优先，有移动端开发及体验优化经验者优先，有大数据、机器学习等平台开发经验者优先。
