1、5年以上产品运营、产品策略或业务运营经验，了解数字广告逻辑，互联网媒体、AI创意相关业务经验优先； 2、对AI创意工具和生成式AI在广告领域的应用有兴趣和基本认知；有AI产品运营或创意科技经验者优先； 3、强策略思维与系统化能力——能拆解复杂问题、设计框架、同时推进多条工作线；优秀的项目管理能力——能主导复杂多方项目，适应模糊性并推动清晰交付； 4、数据驱动思维，分析能力强； 5、中英文流利，均可作为工作语言。
