1、本科及以上学历，具备5年及以上推荐策略产品经验，对推荐算法的底层原理和内容生态有深入理解，了解直播行业商业模式优先； 2、具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够从刻画复杂业务问题，并提取关键洞察，指导决策； 3、能够敏锐发现生态中的问题并提供创新解决方案，推动内容生态和推荐系统的持续优化； 4、良好的跨团队沟通与协作能力，能够把握各方需求及整合资源，实现跨部门合作达成； 5、英语可以作为工作语言，能够适应英文工作环境； 6、对内容产品有热情，内容产品深度用户优先。
