1、诊断人审流程，定位策略链路问题、效率瓶颈及潜在风险，主导人审解决方案落地，制定计划、协调资源、保障人工审核链路高效运行； 2、根据业务逻辑、内容类型、风险等级、审核指标等多维度，完成人审队列设计，调度人审分流策略，提高人审资源利用率，对人审指标结果负责； 3、对接治理策略、标准、研发和审核团队，吃透业务诉求、挖掘业务痛点，建立跨团队联动合作机制，协同优化机审/人审策略，推动业务发展； 4、深入理解业务发展方向，通过数据分析、专题策略报告剖析业务；探索大模型在人审策略中的应用，借助大模型辅助风险研判，优化审核效率。

1、具备内容治理基础认知及风险理解能力，有内容治理策略运营、人审调度经验者优先； 2、具备数据分析解读能力，能以数据驱动策略优化，掌握SQL者优先；了解大模型相关知识，有大模型在内容审核、人审策略场景应用经验者优先； 3、具备项目管理能力，擅长跨部门协作，能高效推动项目目标落地； 4、具备产品设计能力者优先，会使用Axure、XMind、ProcessOn等专业工具。
