团队介绍：抖音增长团队（User Growth）负责抖音旗下产品的增长工作。我们帮助产品量身定做增长方案，并运用营销、产品、数据分析等方式达成业务增长目标。UG团队维护和优化一系列类似付费广告、裂变、导量等成熟的产品增长方案，并熟练将其应用到各种不同的业务中，推动业务增长；同时当发现新的增长机会时，我们也及时构建新的解决方案，帮助业务实现突破。加入 UG 团队，可以负责亿级用户产品的增长工作，掌握业界先进、第一手的增长实践。

1、负责增长、营销、推荐、用户运营或商业化等场景中的因果分析与增效评估，应用因果推断方法（包括但不限于PSM、DID、CUPED、Uplift Modeling等）识别业务动作带来的真实增量价值； 2、设计和优化A/B实验体系，包括实验方案设计、指标体系构建、样本量估计、方差缩减、实验监控、结果分析与策略归因； 3、结合业务目标建立增效度量框架，围绕转化、留存、收入、利润、补贴效率、用户长期价值等目标，评估策略ROI与投入产出效率； 4、参与建设策略优化模型，例如人群分层、优惠分配、触达策略优化、预算分配、增量利润最大化等； 5、参与AI+Data Science结合的智能分析Skill、评测体系等智能化能力建设，及复杂数据产品或智能分析工具的设计，推动分析能力平台化、标准化、产品化。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，统计学、数学、经济学、计算机、运筹学或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数据科学基础，熟悉概率统计、回归分析、实验设计、机器学习等核心方法； 3、熟练使用SQL、Python/R进行数据处理、分析建模与结果验证，具备良好的工程实现能力； 4、具备较强的业务理解和问题抽象能力，能够将复杂业务问题转化为可度量、可建模、可验证的数据科学问题； 5、具备优秀的沟通协同能力，能推动跨团队合作并影响业务决策。
