1、负责抖音电商C端售后产品方案设计及落地；熟悉电商正逆向交易系统模型；可完善设计用户购买后的退货寄件、换货补寄、运费争议等解决方案；为消费者的购后体验负责，同时平衡好商家权益和平台成本； 2、能够充分洞察消费者体验问题，主动结合数据分析改良产品；关注业务、行业动态及市场同类平台的用户购后流程和寄件产品变化，了解退货运费及运费补贴的基本计费逻辑，形成产品改良方案并推动落地； 3、具有良好的中后台系统和流程抽象能力，沉淀通用能力，推广并应用到商家客服/平台客服等代客售后链路； 4、具备良好的团队合作意识和资源协调能力，可与内外部团队紧密合作；推动跨团队需求及项目管理。

1、本科及以上学历，1年以上电商交易履约售后产品经验，有计费系统经验优先，有成功推动跨团队多系统产品落地经验者优先； 2、逻辑清晰，学习能力强，能够快速理解和处理复杂业务流程，善于从流程/数据中发现、分析、解决问题； 3、具备高度的责任心和较强的自我驱动力，善于合作，较强的沟通组织能力和负责人意识，善于协调和调度资源推动产品落地。
