1、负责今日头条/抖音等平台搜索安全策略工作，不限于图文/短视频/直播/电商/生活服务/AI等方向； 2、快速处置突发情况，分析定位安全与体验问题，制定改进方案，迭代安全策略和工具，持续提升关键指标，降低线上风险和事故、并平衡体验损失； 3、精通互联网内容安全管控要求，理解用户需求和产品定位，针对产品新上线功能，精准评估风险并制定合规方案，保障产品平稳增长； 4、负责感知并识别异常风险，通过数据分析完成问题定位；擅长多维度交叉验证，输出可靠结论并提出可落地的优化建议； 5、与产品、技术等部门沟通协作，协调上下游和横向资源，协同完成需求。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、对互联网平台内容生态有基础认知，有AI工具应用或实际项目经历者优先； 3、熟悉今日头条、抖音等互联网内容及社交类产品，对用户使用场景和平台机制有一定理解； 4、具备较强的逻辑思维、产品意识和策略分析能力，能够发现问题并推动方案落地； 5、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够通过数据和案例归纳规律、辅助业务决策； 6、学习能力强，适应变化快，乐于接受新鲜事物，具有探索精神和创新意识，具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与跨团队角色高效配合。
