1、通过与运营团队成员协作，采用数据驱动的方法制定上市策略，以确定优先级或差距，并为运营团队推荐可执行的行动计划； 2、以严谨的运营方式推动战略规划，包括运营审查和对照区域目标跟踪绩效；领导关键区域项目，确保与跨职能团队保持一致，并获得运营利益相关者的支持； 3、优化创意运营的流程，重点关注效率和效果；支持区域创意营销运营的收入管理、预算和资源规划； 4、负责区域数据分析框架，涵盖数据清理、数据常见问题解答、数据集改进、指标对齐和仪表盘创建，同时有效利用与DE团队的工作流程； 5、设计并管理成果报告节奏，使运维成员能够有效理解并承担责任；对重点广告商、广告位或行业进行深入分析，以支持运营团队并挖掘更多收入； 6、指导团队量化创意关键绩效指标（KPI），确定具体的改进领域，提供以数据为驱动的见解，为战略决策提供依据；有效地向技术和非技术利益相关者传达分析见解；与创意产品营销及运营团队成员和管理层密切合作，推动团队整体取得成功；与其他内部团队（包括战略和产品团队）协调，为广告商和销售团队提供特定行业的创意操作手册。

1、分析领域硕士学位或具备同等能力的本科学历； 2、3年以上战略与运营、战略咨询或数据分析相关工作经验； 3、熟练掌握SQL和数据分析工具，能够从数据中获取见解并运用这些见解为决策提供依据； 4、具备出色的沟通和人际交往能力，能够与内部和外部利益相关者建立牢固的关系； 5、具备项目管理能力，能够在快节奏的环境中同时管理多个项目； 6、地点北京/上海。
