1、负责抖音直播业务的流媒体策略算法的研究与开发，涵盖直播转码策略（转码调度、档位策略等）、传输策略（ABR、预加载、缓存管理等）、网络策略（请求优化、智能调度等）、图像处理（画质增强等）、音质优化（响度均衡等），持续迭代算法以优化用户体验、观看时长与成本； 2、深入理解抖音直播业务场景的需求，将策略算法方案与实际业务结合，设计并执行实验验证（如A/B测试），跟踪指标变化，通过数据分析优化策略，推动算法上线并实现收益； 3、主导算法从需求分析、方案设计、指标体系、原型实现、工程化落地的全流程，推进解决过程中的技术卡点，保障算法的稳定性与高效性；搭建算法监控体系，跟踪线上表现； 4、在亿级别用户规模下，使用前沿模型技术提升策略效果和系统的可靠性；如：直播热度预测、用户行为预测、因果推断等。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学等相关专业，有直播或者RTC产品开发经验者优先； 2、具备音频算法、视频算法、网络传输系统、机器学习之一的核心领域经验，有流媒体策略优化、业务落地经验者优先； 3、熟练掌握C/C++、Python等至少一种编程语言，具备良好的代码实现能力与工程化思维；具备扎实的数学基础与算法理论功底； 4、具备良好的文档撰写与沟通表达能力、具备对复杂问题的抽象能力，能清晰输出技术方案、标准规范等文档，推动跨团队共识达成。
