1、长期跟踪、调研全球范围内AI行业发展趋势，绘制行业地图，聚焦AI细分领域开展深度研究，独立完成行业调研全流程工作，输出高质量行业调研及相关报告，支撑团队决策； 2、深入理解公司业务需求与战略方向，识别符合业务发展的核心人才，主导或深度参与高阶人才吸引与落地全流程工作（含人才挖掘、资质评估、面试跟进等），长期运营人才资源，搭建行业交流窗口，维护良好的行业人才对接氛围； 3、负责项目管理相关工作，输出适配招聘场景的工具文档，优化工作流程，持续提升团队工作效率； 4、负责相关数据的统计、整理与分析，输出数据报告，确保数据精准、反馈及时，为团队工作优化提供数据支撑。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，理工类、管理类相关专业背景优先； 2、对AI行业有较强的认知与热情，能持续关注行业动态、技术趋势及公司/创业公司发展，具备较强的判断力和敏感度，能主动挖掘有价值的信息与洞察； 3、具备优秀的快速学习能力、逻辑思维能力与结构化输出能力，熟悉行业研究方法论，能独立完成从信息收集、分析到报告撰写的全流程工作，产出兼具深度与规范性； 4、熟练运用Excel、Word、PPT等办公软件，具备较强的数据统计与分析能力，能够从数据中提炼有效结论，为团队决策提供支撑； 5、为人正直可靠，具备良好的亲和力与沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰、应变能力佳；做事耐心细致、认真负责，具备较强的自驱力与团队协作精神，能主动推进工作并对结果负责。
