1、深度参与产品研发全流程，保障复杂业务场景下的高质量交付； 2、负责自建Agent能力持续迭代，探索AI下的质量保障新范式，包括智能测试、AI用例生成、AI自动化、质量预警等，推动质量能力体系化、智能化、平台化建设； 3、负责AIGC评测能力建设，联合产品、设计共建科学评测体系，提升评测效能与业务决策支撑能力； 4、结合业务痛点与低效环节，推动AI在质量保障场景中的实际落地，覆盖场景挖掘、方案设计、技术实现与收益度量。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具备软件测试经验，熟悉测试理论方法，具备良好的沟通协作与问题分析能力； 3、掌握一种或多种语言，如Python/Node.js/Java/OC，熟悉服务端、客户端、PC端常用测试工具与框架； 4、对复杂业务链路质量保障有兴趣，有评测、安全、体验等专项经验者优先； 5、具备AI大模型相关实践经验，有LLM应用、Agent、多模态、模型微调或AI测试落地经验者优先； 6、持续关注AIGC、Agent、多模态模型等工程实践，具备较强学习能力、技术敏感度与落地能力者优先。
