1、参与飞书内容平台的日常运营，协助完成文章撰写、优化与发布； 2、独立或协作完成长文内容策划与创作，主题围绕行业动态、产品解析及方案案例等内容输出优质作品； 3、对已发布内容进行数据跟踪与复盘，参与优化方案输出并内容策略调整； 4、协助团队完成部分英文物料的翻译； 5、结合AI工具提升内容生产效率，探索并优化内容创作流程。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、内容创作能力：具备优秀的文字功底与逻辑表达能力，需提供个人公众号、内容平台账号或其他长文作品作为参考；有内容策划及爆文产出经验者优先； 3、行业认知：有SaaS行业实习经验者优先，或对飞书有深度了解及使用经验； 4、英语能力：英文水平良好，能胜任商务文本的翻译与撰写，有英语六级/雅思/托福等成绩者优先； 5、技术应用：熟悉AI工具使用，具备提示词优化或内容生产工作流调试经验者优先； 6、工作态度：做事细致认真，责任心强，具备快速学习的能力和良好的执行力。
