团队介绍：负责字节跳动国际化业务方向的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖国际化场景下的短视频、直播、电商等板块。我们以数据高效驱动业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务条线，以数据体系建设为根基、业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与深度应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且精细化的分析挖掘；既可以深耕大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿技术的落地实践；也能够凭借对产品的深度洞察，将数据能力转化为实实在在的业务价值，实现个人成长与业务的突破。

1、负责国际化电商业务的大数据项目整体架构规划； 2、负责指导工程师进行技术验证与实现，技术问题的攻关，解决项目开发过程中的技术难题； 3、深入理解业务目标与数据场景，主导数据建模、指标体系、数据服务到消费的端到端建设，沉淀高质量可复用的数据资产；联动业务、产品、算法、研发团队，识别关键问题与增长机会，以数据体系建设、分析洞察和产品化能力提升决策效率与经营质量； 4、探索大模型、Agent、自然语言取数、智能分析等技术与数仓、数据服务、治理的融合落地，推动数据生产与消费方式升级；统筹需求评估、方案设计、排期交付与效果复盘，建立稳定的数据研发流程和质量保障机制，确保交付准确、及时、可维护； 5、结合业务发展阶段制定技术规划、人才梯队和协作机制，提升团队在数据建模、工程效率、业务理解、数据治理和AI应用方面的综合能力。

1、熟练使用Hadoop及Hive，熟悉SQL、Java、Python等编程语言； 2、有超PB级别大数据处理实战经验，熟悉整个大数据的完整处理流程，具备优秀的问题解决能力； 3、善于沟通，对业务敏感，能快速理解业务背景，具备优秀的技术与业务结合能力； 4、5年以上数据仓库或大数据开发工作经验，具备丰富的实时或离线数据体系建设经验。
