1、负责商家服务流程体系的设计优化，围绕商家问题从进线识别、分流处理到完结关单的全链路流转节点优化，提升服务一次解决能力； 2、通过AI能力在服务流程运营场景中的应用，推动其在问题识别、流程异常预警等环节的实际落地，提升运营效率； 3、结合业务策略与服务目标，识别商家服务过程中的无效流转问题，包括多次流转、错误路由、简单问题进入人工等场景，建立问题发现、归因分析、优化落地的运营机制； 4、负责服务流程相关产品工具、规则策略和运营机制的持续迭代，结合商家问题特征与服务资源配置，推动分流策略、流转标准、系统能力优化，提升服务体验与运营质量。

1、对服务流程运营有清晰的框架思路，能够从商家问题解决视角出发，理解服务链路中的关键节点、流转逻辑和承接方式，具备流程设计、流程诊断和优化能力； 2、具备较强的数据分析和问题归因能力，能够通过下送、路由准确性、问题类型分布等指标识别流程优化机会点，判断影响范围与优先级，并推动形成可落地的优化方案； 3、具备较好的AI工具应用能力，能够高效的应用在业务分析、异常判断、问题优化等场景并形成解决方案； 4、具备较好的产品思维和产品协同能力，能够将业务痛点转化为产品需求，清晰定义场景、目标、规则和验收标准，推动相关产品工具持续优化，并跟进上线效果与后续迭代； 5、具备较强的目标感、跨部门沟通协作能力，能够高效联动产品、策略等相关方推进方案落地，并对结果持续跟进和复盘。
