1、本科及以上学历，熟练掌握计算机与前端基础； 2、优秀的全栈能力：熟悉Node.js技术栈及基础服务端概念，了解LangGraph/RAG等Agent相关技术；具备服务端（Node.js/Go）或跨端（Android/iOS/React Native）开发经验者优先； 3、敏锐的业务感知：不止于完成需求，更能主动洞察产品体中的问题，具备出色的分析、抽象与延展能力，能够定位本质、解决问题并沉淀方法论； 4、前沿的技术视野：保持好奇心与持续学习的热情，不仅能熟练借助Codex、Claude Code等进行辅助研发，更能主动探索新框架、新范式，引领团队技术演进。
