1、场景方案设计与落地：围绕大模型与数据智能融合场景（如智能分析、智能营销等），参与企业核心问题的场景抽象与Agent解决方案设计； 2、客户验证与价值交付：通过售前交流、POC验证、结构化方案文档与产品Demo，协助验证产品在真实业务中的效果与价值； 3、产品研发协同与产品进化：作为用户视角与系统能力之间的桥梁，协同产品经理、算法、工程团队推进方案验证、能力定义与落地交付，实现从“功能”到“解决方案”的转化； 4、知识资产沉淀与认知建设：参与大模型与智能体技术趋势研究，协助构建内部知识库、解决方案、案例图谱等，提升团队认知与外部影响力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、认知心理学等相关专业优先； 2、深入理解大模型/Agent的基础原理与系统构成，熟练使用Python/SQL等工具之一，有独立数据探索实践经验； 3、参与过AI、数据智能、Agent等方向的科研、实习、比赛或个人项目，能够展示清晰的问题拆解与方案推进过程； 4、具备出色的英文听说读写能力，习惯快速吸收英文论文、GitHub项目、产品文档等信息资源； 5、擅长结构化表达与框架化思考，能够在不确定环境中持续推进问题解决，愿意“推动AI在产业中真正落地”。
