1、对接负责的业务或法务BP，挖掘业务的商标需求并提供相应支持，独立或协作为业务产品做前瞻性的商标布局； 2、独立/配合支持业务的国内及国际化专门项目，评估业务新产品/业务商标的使用侵权风险并提供建议； 3、处理商标查询、申请及审批流程，进行定期总结梳理与培训，监督相关人员对商标管理系统的更新； 4、管理并评价商标业务领域的全球外部供应商； 5、配合本地法务BP或者诉讼团队律师，独立或者协作处理中国境内外商标复杂案例（包括商标异议和撤销等案例），具有较强案例策略统筹及管理能力，为维权工作提供必要支持。

1、本科及以上学历，有律师从业资格，法律或英语专业优先； 2、5年以上涉外商标代理机构代理人或从事商标涉外业务的法务经验，熟知中国商标申请规则和流程，对国际化主要国家或注册体系的商标申请流程有了解； 3、具有良好的英语听说读写能力； 4、擅长沟通，服务意识强，有担当，有责任心，善于拥抱变化。
