1、我们正在寻找一位充满激情、视野开阔的全栈产品设计师加入我们的团队，作为全栈设计师，您将主导产品从概念构思、交互逻辑到最终高保真视觉落地的全生命周期设计；该岗位需要您具备全球化视野与本地化洞察力，能够为国际化多样化市场的用户打造卓越的产品体验，同时，我们期待您是AI技术的积极拥抱者，不仅能利用AI工具赋能设计工作流，还能为用户设计前沿的AI原生交互体验； 2、端到端全栈设计与视觉品质把控：主导国际化产品线从0到1或从1到100的设计工作，涵盖产品需求分析、交互设计（UX）、视觉设计（UI）及动效原型制作、用户测试和交付高质量的设计方案；定义产品的视觉调性，产出具有国际化审美的UI界面、品牌资产及运营视觉，确保产品在像素级别上的极致呈现和情感化设计的传递； 3、全球化与本地化平衡：深入研究国际化目标市场（如北美、欧洲、东南亚等）的用户特性、文化背景及操作习惯；建立并维护具有拓展性的Design System，在确保全球品牌一致性的前提下，灵活适应本地化（Glocalization）的体验需求； 4、AI工作流与体验设计：在日常设计链路中熟练引入并应用AI工具，大幅提升设计产出效率与创意探索边界；探索并设计AI驱动的新型产品功能，降低用户认知门槛，提供极佳的AI产品使用体验； 5、跨部门协同：与产品经理、国际化业务团队及研发工程师紧密合作，参与产品策略制定，通过设计走查（Design QA）确保最终上线效果完美还原设计意图。

1、经验背景：3-5年互联网产品设计经验，有完整的、已上线的国际化/出海产品设计案例；能够独立负责复杂业务模块的全链路设计； 2、外用户洞察（核心）：对国际化用户的审美趋势、文化禁忌及主流App交互模式有深刻理解；能够通过数据和用户反馈，精准识别并解决本地化体验中的痛点； 3、的视觉表现力（核心）：具备深厚的视觉设计功底，在排版、色彩理论、空间布局及微动效设计上有卓越表现；应聘需提供高质量的个人作品集（Portfolio），展现全栈设计能力及视觉品味； 4、AI应用能力（核心）：熟练掌握主流AIGC工具的Prompt编写与生成控制能力；对LLM、Agent等AI技术的基础逻辑有一定认知，并对“如何通过AI重塑用户体验”有自己的独立思考； 5、专业技能：精通Figma、ProPie、Principle等设计与原型工具； 6、语言能力：英语可作为工作语言，能与国际化团队及用户进行流畅的书面与口头沟通。

加分项： 1、有跨文化背景，掌握除英语外的第二外语者优先。
