1、体验指标建设：建设并监控包含“快递揽收->在途运输->末端配送->物流签收->服务体验”在内的全渠道体验指标，并拆解对应业务运营动作和目标，跟踪体验指标表现，并与经营结果关联； 2、体验问题分析：基于体验指标表现，下拆具体消费者问题表现并进行根据案例的根因研判，并联合算法持续迭代消费者/商家体验问题标签，确保精准刻画问题场景； 3、策略制定&落地：结合消费者/商家进线反馈、满意度评价原声、专项调研报告等，制定体验改善方案和策略，推动业务规则迭代/产品方案落地，提升体验感知效果； 4、风险管控治理：针对物流时效异常/恶意违规等场景开展体验管控治理动作，不断完善研判标准、补齐恶意违规场景、升级末端管控策略能力，并将该能力复用至抖音电商其他自营业务配送场景中； 5、体验兜底保障：联合客服/售后完成体验受损场景下的补偿策略及安抚方案，确保最终兜底的逻辑与消费者/商家表达的口径一致。

1、熟悉体验运营方法，数据敏感度高，能有效制定并监测体验指标，基于指标表现拆解问题并落地改善策略； 2、具备成熟的项目管理经验和优秀的团队协作意识，善于沟通和协调资源，有跨团队、多部门协作项目经验； 3、充满热情，耐心细致，主动性强，愿意合作分享，有风险意识； 4、熟悉电商行业或交易履约相关业务，对物流配送有一定的理解和认知。
