1、负责抖音影视综娱的创作者内容运营，通过发掘作者内容亮点、解决作者问题不断激励创作者成长； 2、支持创作者相关活动和社群运营，包括活动策划上线、作者触达、激励落地、数据反馈等； 3、参与娱乐日常运营相关数据分析等工作，结合数据定位和分析问题并产出结论。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、逻辑清晰，善于沟通，面对群体沟通有方法有技巧，执行力强，有较强的结果导向意识和时间管理能力； 3、学习理解能力强，沟通顺畅，能快速上手，有平台作者运营，内容运营经验者优先； 4、有网感，对影视综娱相关内容有广泛涉猎和浓厚兴趣，对该行业优质视频内容、热点内容感知敏感； 5、一周出勤5天，能够实习6个月以上优先。
