1、负责POI搜索与地址理解相关算法建设，包括Query理解、搜索纠错、实体识别、语义匹配、召回排序等方向； 2、面向海量文本、图像、位置信息、用户反馈及商户信息等多源数据，挖掘高价值特征，持续优化POI和地址数据的准确性、相关性、覆盖率及“新、准、净、全”能力； 3、构建融合文本、图像与空间信息的多模态理解能力，推动POI实体识别、关系理解、场景识别等能力在搜索、推荐、地图等业务中的应用； 4、深入研究并应用自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）、多模态融合、机器学习、深度学习及大语言模型（LLM）技术，探索大模型在POI搜索与位置智能中的应用，提升复杂Query理解、纠错改写、意图识别、地址理解与语义匹配能力； 5、参与生活服务、电商、广告等业务在POI、地理编码、地址解析等方向的算法建设，解决真实业务场景中的复杂问题。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学、地理信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的编程基础与算法功底，熟悉Python、C++、Java等至少一种主流编程语言，具备良好的工程实现能力； 3、对机器学习、数据挖掘、NLP、CV、多模态学习、LLM/MLM中一项或多项有深入理解和实践经验； 4、有搜索、多模态理解、数据挖掘等相关项目经验者优先； 5、有生活服务、电商、地图、广告等场景的算法建模经验者优先，具备良好的问题分析能力、业务理解能力、沟通表达能力和团队协作能力，对技术创新和业务落地有热情； 6、在AI会议/期刊发表论文或有高水平竞赛经验者优先。
