1、负责路网数据标准与多源数据融合治理，制定道路拓扑、大门拓扑、步行设施等数据采集、校验、入库规范，对接交管、浮动车、轨迹视频、用户报错等数据源，建立数据匹配、校验、清洗、去噪、补全及冲突处理机制，保障路网数据生产质量、一致性与数据接入规范和结果准确； 2、负责导航路线策略规则运营与异常问题治理，围绕驾车、步骑行、公交等场景制定并迭代禁限行、限高限重、车道属性、路口转向等路线规划底层规则，定位绕路、不合理掉头、违规通行等问题，输出规则优化方案，协同产品研发完成灰度验证、全量上线及效果复盘； 3、负责动态交通事件规则与情报治理，建立事故、施工、管制、封路等事件的去重、有效性判断、分级推送、内容质量把控发布等规则和运营流程； 4、负责行业规则对标与知识沉淀，跟进行业产品策略、交通新规、城市道路变化及新型交通设施，持续完善规则手册、案例库和培训机制，提升团队规则执行一致性。

1、本科及以上学历，GIS地理信息、交通运输、测绘、计算机相关专业优先； 2、3年及以上地图/导航/智慧交通领域的路网、路线、数据策略运营或数据产品经验，熟悉路网底层数据模型（路段、节点、拓扑、车道属性、通行限制），了解驾车/步骑行/公交路线规划基本逻辑； 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据提取与分析，能使用Excel/Python完成指标复盘，了解基础GIS工具（QGIS/ArcGIS）优先； 4、熟悉国内道路交通法规、城市/高速交通管制规则，持驾照且有长期自驾经验优先； 5、强的逻辑拆解与抽象能力，能将复杂的路况冲突、路线异常转化为可落地的标准化规则文档； 6、优秀的跨团队协同推进能力，可同步算法、研发、数据生产、外部合作多方落地规则优化。
