1、负责脚本演绎方向的投稿运营工作，为原创爆款玩法目标服务； 2、基于核心作者和人群，挖掘用户创作动机及创作需求，与团队紧密配合共同推动高效创作玩法； 3、建立脚本演绎优质内容筛选、标注与迭代机制，持续输入到大模型训练中，提升优质玩法内容识别准确度； 4、研究脚本演绎玩法赛道内容趋势、用户消费习惯，快速捕捉各社交平台热点，拆解分析站内外高热脚本演绎内容的核心特征。

1、本科及以上学历在读，编导、戏剧影视文学、影视、新媒体、汉语言等相关专业优先； 2、每周至少4天以上工作时间，至少连续实习6个月以上； 3、学习能力强，具备高度责任心，拥有良好的沟通协调能力，善于内容拆解、逻辑思考以及数据分析； 4、有短视频脚本创作/演绎、短视频剪辑、剧本改写、影视编导、热点内容运营经验者优先。
