1、负责字节跳动线索类效果广告产品（闭环化方向）的策略设计和产品迭代，牵引商家从非闭环纯留资的链路模式向闭环链路模式转型，获取广告策略收益； 2、深入理解各行业线索销转流程，探索将商家的线下生意节点通过平台能力上翻到线上，持续提升平台闭环化的后链路信号采集率和闭环GMV规模； 3、负责线索广告闭环化产品的项目管理，推动算法、平台、工程、运营等相关团队及合作部门紧密协作，推动产品落地。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上广告行业经验，熟悉线索业务及对应行业的业务模式，有广告投放策略相关经验者优先； 2、能独立完成需求调研、数据分析、策略产品设计工作，有出色的跨团队协作和项目管理能力，目标导向，能协调多个外部团队共同完成目标； 3、逻辑思维缜密、工作细致有耐心、沟通良好，具备良好的环境适应能力； 4、对行业趋势与实践具备好奇心并深入关注。
