1、负责电商内容质量评估体系的整体构建与迭代，深度解析短视频、直播等体裁的电商内容特征，结合用户体验与商业化诉求，结合LLM能力及数据后验，搭建并完善电商内容价值评价方法； 2、开展长期生态价值度量与推动工作，牵头电商生态长效评估项目，验证内容结构调优能否有效撬动长期电商GMV增长，通过AB/AA长期观测机制，验证长短期相关效果； 3、驱动推荐分发与内容结构调优，作为业务负责人，紧密联动推荐算法、数据分析及技术研发团队，推动内容质量策略从模型训练、特征挖掘到线上推全的完整闭环，为最终的分发效率与生态健康度负责； 4、开展供给提升工作，结合分发数据与商家/达人研究，识别各类电商优质内容的供给缺口，联动达人运营团队，进行供给指引和撬动。

1、具备3-5年以上平台推荐策略、流量分发或内容生态策略实战经验； 2、精通AB测试原理与AA长效机制设计，对数据极其敏感；能够独立完成复杂实验的数据归因分析，并具备丰富的指标体系搭建经验； 3、熟悉主流推荐分发逻辑与流量调控机制，能高效对接算法工程师，将业务语言转化为明确的算法优化目标； 4、具备跨团队推动力，能够在复杂的业务环境中，平衡短期商业收益与长期生态健康的博弈。
