1、负责各商业广告产品的风控体系设计与审核流程建设；通过平台产品基建及审核策略，为各个类型的广告业务提供端到端审核与风控产品方案，兼顾生态健康度和广告主体验，保证业务的可持续发展； 2、通过数据分析、用户反馈、客户访谈等方式，挖掘审核流及策略中可优化的短板，主动发现所负责业务的潜在机会和问题，推动关键指标的提升； 3、深入业务流程，抽象并定义关键问题，为审核体系产品的长期迭代负责，推动审核平台能力及风控基建的持续演进，以平台化的视角实现业务和风控需求； 4、有效的跨团队的沟通合作，与内部的产品、运营、研发、算法、政策等团队，外部的社区、电商等部门建立和保持长期可信任的合作关系，建立良好流程合作机制和产品交互机制。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上产品设计&运营经验；有B端/审核/风控产品经验优先； 2、具备优秀的产品设计、沟通能力、商业思维及逻辑思维，能充分理解客户、用户、平台及各种复杂场景下的风控&体验需求；推动综合性解决方案的落地，并沉淀为基建能力为横向业务赋能； 3、沟通协调能力出众，英语听说读写流利，可以作为工作语言；具备较强的跨团队/跨文化背景的沟通能力； 4、我们期待你有足够的自驱力和韧性，勇于面对复杂场景的挑战，愿意与业务共同成长；期待你的加入。
