1、沙箱运行时开发：负责基于Rust VMM或gVisor的轻量级沙箱系统设计与工程实现，针对AI Agent的执行特征优化隔离机制； 2、极速启动优化：针对Agent任务的突发性，研究并落地基于VM Snapshot或CRIU的状态恢复方案； 3、数据与存储效率：针对Agent镜像加载，优化镜像组织格式；通过FUSE、EROFS或内存懒加载技术，降低镜像拉取对磁盘IO的压力，实现数据按需按序加载； 4、资源隔离与调度优化：在海量并发环境下，针对Sandbox/Agent的CPU争抢、内存回收及I/O带宽限制进行调优，确保多租户环境下的确定性； 5、新技术探索和演进：评估TEE(如TDX/SEV)、PVM等技术架构在AI Agent场景下的适用性，并进行技术原型验证。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备扎实的计算机系统底层功底； 2、熟练掌握C/C++或Rust，能够编写高性能、内存安全的代码； 3、熟悉Linux内核架构，对进程调度、内存管理及文件系统有一定的理解； 4、虚拟化经验：深入理解KVM机制、Virtio协议规范，有QEMU、Firecracker等VMM的开发经验； 5、状态保持与恢复：熟悉CRIU或VM快照技术原理，有比较强的工程化落地能力； 6、存储优化：熟悉容器镜像分层存储、FUSE、EROFS及镜像加速技术，有相关开发经验者优先。

加分项： 1、曾解决过集群下容器冷启动、长尾延迟等实际生产问题； 2、在Linux内核、Rust-vmm、Kata Containers等开源项目中有代码贡献； 3、对Android或者Windows有一定了解，有不错的问题定位能力； 4、对AI Agent的工具调用（Tool Call）流程有基础了解，能从应用层反推底层系统需求。
