1、负责抖音评论业务的策略相关运营工作，参与兴趣评论规则定义与识别能力建设、数据分析、画风理解等，为提升抖音评论量、评论质量等核心指标负责； 2、通过评论画风理解与数据分析，收集高价值兴趣评论案例，归纳提炼共性特征辅助模型识别；分析用户兴趣与评论内容的相关性，为策略优化提供支持； 3、协同算法团队优化模型识别能力，参与方案讨论、需求拆解，协助验证模型效果，推动模型在评论场景的落地应用。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、至少1个主流内容平台的深度用户，熟悉评论区互动逻辑，对评论内容有敏锐的洞察力，若有内容创作或评论区运营相关经验更佳； 3、具备扎实的逻辑思维与抽象归纳能力，对数据敏感，善于挖掘数据价值，注重过程和结果； 4、了解大语言模型（LLM）基本概念，对AI在内容场景的应用有好奇心与探索欲，愿意主动学习相关知识； 5、自驱力强、责任心足，具备良好的学习能力与沟通能力，善于主动发现问题并推动解决。
