1、深入理解内外部用户（数据开发、分析师、业务方等）在数据治理、资产发现、数据质量、数据建模等方面的痛点和需求，制定清晰的产品路线图和迭代计划； 2、撰写详尽的产品需求文档（PRD），设计产品原型，协同设计、研发、测试团队完成功能的设计、开发、测试和上线全流程，确保产品高质量交付； 3、与业务团队、数据团队、基础设施团队紧密合作，推广数据产品的最佳实践，收集反馈并持续优化产品体验。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、具备3-5年数据平台或数据中台相关产品经验，有大数据组件（如Hive，Spark，Flink，Doris等）使用或设计经验者更佳； 3、对数据治理、元数据管理、数据质量、数据建模等至少一个领域有深入的理解和实践经验，熟悉相关方法论和工具； 4、具备出色的需求分析、产品规划和设计能力，能独立输出产品PRD、原型和业务流程图；熟练使用Axure、Figma、XMind等产品工具； 5、具备良好的技术素养，能与工程师顺畅沟通，理解技术实现的基本原理和挑战； 6、拥有优秀的跨团队沟通和项目管理能力，能有效推动复杂项目落地，有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神；具备优秀的逻辑思维、数据分析和问题解决能力，对数据敏感。

【加分项】 1、有从0到1建设数据治理或数据资产相关产品的经验； 2、熟悉SQL，具备使用SQL进行数据分析的能力； 3、有大数据开发或数据分析经验。
