1、0-1品牌战略顶层设计 1）负责国际化支付及金融产品线从0到1的品牌架构搭建与定位，输出清晰、可落地的品牌推广长期规划及阶段性里程碑； 2）深刻洞察国际化目标市场（如东南亚、中东、欧美等）的用户心理与金融消费习惯，建立本地化的品牌认知和信任壁垒； 2、核心生态联动与“爆款”打造 1）深度挖掘并撬动字节跳动全球生态体系内的流量与内容资源，策划具有社交裂变与传播属性的品牌Campaign； 2）结合短视频、直播及创作者（Creator）生态，打造破圈的国际化“爆款”支付、金融产品，实现品牌声量与业务体量的双爆发； 3、路径规划与量化闭环管理 1）拒绝“自嗨式”营销，为所有品牌策划和营销战役设定清晰的业务逻辑与转化路径，建立科学的品牌资产评估模型； 2）统筹并监控品牌活动的关键数据（如品牌NPS、CAC、ROI、新客转化率及大盘DAU贡献等），通过数据复盘不断迭代品牌投放与内容策略； 4、跨国团队协同与资源整合 1）牵头拉通产品研发、运营、PR、商业化及国际化本地化团队，确保品牌策略在各环节的无损落地； 2）整合并管理国际化优质创意代理商、媒介采买及KOL资源，保障品牌动作的高效交付。

1、经验基线： 1）本科及以上学历，3-5年以上出海企业或Fintech（金融科技/跨境支付）行业的品牌策划与市场营销经验； 2、战绩与方法论（核心硬指标）： 1）拥有从0-1成功起盘的国际化品牌建设经验，有亲自操盘并打造过国际化“千万级曝光/百万级转化”爆款案例者优先； 3、流量与生态感知： 1）是国际化社媒的重度玩家，对TikTok、Instagram、YouTube等平台的原生内容语境、分发机制及商业化玩法有深刻的理解和实操经验； 4、复合底层能力： 1）具备商业敏锐度和数据分析能力，能将感性的“品牌创意”转化为理性的“增长模型”。
