1、本科及以上学历，3年以上策略产品经理工作经验；有内容、社区、创作者生态经验者优先； 2、对内容生态有系统认知，能够理解供给、分发与消费之间的关系，在多目标约束下做出清晰判断； 3、具备较强的数据分析和策略抽象能力；具备成熟的产品设计能力，能将复杂问题转化为清晰的产品机制； 4、具备较强的跨团队协作力、统筹力，能在目标存在冲突的情况下推进决策。
