1、2年以上运营相关工作经验，具备一定的行业分析能力及总结能力，逻辑清晰，数据分析能力强； 2、有媒体方广告产品运营、金融行业运营经验或者甲方做投放策略的经验优先； 3、有创新意识，了解短视频平台营销策略； 4、具备一定的抗压能力，自驱力及学习力强，善于沟通协作，能独立负责项目并高效推进。
