团队介绍：内容消费与非闭环营销技术团队，服务内容消费和非闭环营销行业数十万客户和十亿级用户。其中，内容消费行业包括游戏、小游戏、短剧、小说、社交与工具等行业，非闭环营销行业包括平台电商、引流电商等行业。内容消费与非闭环营销围绕客户深转、ROI等本质诉求，构建了完整的产品矩阵，知名产品有UBA/UBP自动化产品、深转ROI1\ROI7产品等。研发团队主要通过技术手段支持行业的收入和市占提升，工作内容包括：投放策略优化（出价、自动化）、模型优化（深度延迟和稀疏转化建模、序列建模、Large Recommend Model等）、流量和体验策略优化（ROI3产品、推荐广告融合、多目标建模等）、AI内容理解和生成（多模态模型、营销创意&剧集生成等）、定价和权益激励策略优化（智能定价、QCPX等）、海量创意自动化托管投放架构（DPA）、新产品开发等。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责字节跳动中国区行业广告排序算法优化，提升系统变现效率，优化客户体验； 2、负责行业广告端到端大模型推荐方向的优化工作，探索业界技术； 3、端到端负责广告系统全链路各个模块的优化，包括定向、召回、粗排、精排、出价等，从模型、策略和机制等角度全面提升广告系统变现效率； 4、客户导向，调研了解客户的投放痛点和核心诉求，设计并建设商业变现产品，持续提升客户体验。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机或相关专业优先； 2、有广告/推荐/搜索召回排序等相关项目经验，扎实的数据结构和算法功底和编程能力，熟练使用C/C++/Python/Java/Golang等编程语言，优先：有较多数据处理和分布式计算开发经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、有传统机器学习，深度学习相关知识背景，优先：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurIPS、ACL、EMNLP等顶会论文，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/Caffe/MXNet框架和原理； 4、工作态度积极主动，有较强的主人翁意识和良好的团队协作精神，愿意接受有挑战性的工作； 5、有良好的逻辑思维能力，注重数据分析，能够从较多数据中发现有价值的规律； 6、有较强的业务导向意识，技术优化服务于业务目标达成。
