1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、五年以上ToB行业认知（高校、高职、基础教育、教育主管部门、教育企业或科研实验室等方向），对行业客户的战略规划、业务发展以及产品技术演进有深刻洞见，有传统企业数字化转型经验优先； 3、具备云计算、大数据以及AI等领域的知识和技能，具备产品技术与业务场景相结合的能力； 4、优秀的沟通协调能力，做事有韧性、有逻辑性，善于在扁平化组织体系内联合力量，达成既定目标。
