1、熟悉短视频、直播行业生态，熟悉平台传播规则与舆论特性，对品牌舆情、直播负面、用户投诉、水军带节奏等各类舆情具备敏感度与精准研判能力； 2、搭建舆情全流程应对机制，涵盖舆情信息挖掘、风险分级研判、突发事件应急处置、常态化舆论运营，联动直播、内容等部门，高效化解各类等级舆情危机； 3、负责舆情深度复盘与专项分析，拆解舆情传播链路、用户情绪导向、圈层影响力，精准预判舆情演变走势，独立输出日报、周报、专项危机分析报告及优化解决方案； 4、实时跟进行业监管政策、短视频平台管控动态，定期拆解行业热点舆情案例，开展专项研究，沉淀标准化舆情风控策略与应对话术库； 5、依托AI工具赋能舆情工作，落地AI在舆情筛查、语义分析、情绪聚类、数据汇总、报告编撰等场景的应用，优化现有工作流程，提升团队舆情研判与处置效率。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上短视频/直播电商行业专项舆情运营、危机公关实战经验，有抖音平台全域舆情操盘经验者优先； 2、逻辑思维缜密，具备独立研判重大突发舆情、制定应急应对方案的能力，风险预判意识强，能从容应对舆情压力； 3、长期关注全网社会热点、行业监管政策，擅长海量信息筛选、舆情数据整合分析，文字功底扎实，可独立撰写各类深度分析类文档； 4、熟知新媒体舆论传播底层规律，熟练玩转主流社交内容平台，精通平台举报、申诉、内容管控相关流程； 5、具备成熟的AI舆情应用能力，熟练使用至少2类AI工具，可运用AI完成评论情感拆解、海量舆情数据分拣、话术生成、分析报告优化等相关工作，有AI舆情体系落地经验加分。
