1、获得本科及以上学历； 2、2年以上互联网推荐策略、内容产品或相关领域工作经验； 3、具备优秀的数据分析能力，能够通过数据定位业务问题、评估策略效果，指导策略迭代方向； 4、有短剧、漫剧、网文、影视等内容类产品策略经验者优先，对内容消费赛道的用户需求、产业生态有较深认知； 5、具备较强的跨团队协作能力与项目推动力，能够协调算法、运营、内容采买等多团队落地方案，拿到业务结果。
