1、负责国际化POI数据生产治理平台基础功能建设，对平台生产效率、产出的POI数据质量负责，为国际化线下场景拓展提供可靠的位置数据支持； 2、基于不同阶段、不同场景的业务需求反推目标，拆解可行路径，协同内外部项目组成员交付最终的数据成果，并基于前沿的“AI+”能力推进项目创新迭代； 3、以提升用户体验、增加业务价值出发，协同技术团队设立指标体系，共同推进策略及算法模型迭代，提升数据质量及算法策略指标，联动上下游各团队共同推进项目落地。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有数据生产平台/CRM平台/To B工具平台/AI+工具、数据策略等相关经验者优先； 3、数据敏感度高，能从数据中挖掘、分析问题，并产出对应的解决方案； 4、有较强的业务意识，能基于不同用户/客户的需求分析所需要的能力支持； 5、学习能力强，自驱力较好，有跨部门统筹能力，能以项目负责人的视角看问题。
