1、负责版权、IP治理策略设计：深入理解内容社区版权生态，围绕版权风险识别、分级、处置、申诉等关键环节，搭建全链路治理体系；结合真人、影视综、动漫、音乐、品牌、虚拟形象等不同版权场景，制定差异化治理策略，并持续完善治理标准、风险标签体系及效果评估机制； 2、建设AI驱动的版权治理能力：结合最新AI技术，推动版权治理能力升级，探索并落地LLM在版权风险理解、案例分析、策略生成中的应用，VLM在视频理解、主体识别、多模态审核中的应用，以及Embedding、向量检索在版权识别、相似内容发现中的应用，提升治理识别精度和策略有效性； 3、推动智能化治理工具和工作流建设、基于Agent Workflow推动版权治理场景下的策略制定、自动分析和运营提效，提升复杂问题处理效率；结合RAG知识库建设版权知识沉淀与策略辅助能力，增强治理经验复用和知识支持能力； 4、搭建版权治理标准与评估机制：围绕不同版权场景和治理目标，建立清晰的治理标准、标签体系、效果评估和迭代优化机制，持续提升版权治理的准确性、稳定性和可解释性； 5、协同业务与技术团队推动治理落地：与产品、算法、审核、运营等团队紧密协同，推动版权治理策略、智能识别能力及治理工具在业务场景中的落地应用，持续提升内容社区版权治理的整体效率和效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、算法等专业背景优先； 2、有AI大模型产品使用或实习经验优先，逻辑性强，有一定的数据分析能力，能够通过数据分析确定问题，制定策略； 3、对内容安全和生态治理有热情，具备内容判断能力，能够判断其中的安全风险； 4、对大模型的原理有一定了解，熟悉大模型的典型应用场景及市场常见产品。
