1、带领团队完成大客户的企业级应用交付项目，确保按时、按预算、按质量成功上线与验收； 2、客户沟通与资源协调： 1）持续参与客户沟通，为客户提供整体解决方案，并管理客户预期； 2）领导内部相关职能协作方，搭建复合型项目团队，确保跨团队的沟通及协作； 3）代表公司与客户方进行项目执行的沟通，作为客户界面统一接口人，对话客户中高层，拉通内部资源成就客户项目价值； 3、项目全流程管理： 1）进行项目计划、实施、日常管理工作，对项目成本、人员、进度、质量、风险进行有效控制与管理； 2）根据标准实施方法论，制定项目时间表并执行； 3）项目结束后，组织复盘，产出最佳实践等文档； 4、商务支撑与客户服务： 1）配合前端商务、售前支撑拓展，拉通各方资源、引导客户、协助前端规划项目方向； 2）定期向客户及公司的主管领导汇报项目执行情况，根据客户需求提供培训和演示，确保项目的正常验收及延续； 5、行业数字化转型服务：结合公司产品及战略为行业客户提供数字化转型的服务。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先，有丰富的PMO相关经验； 2、有大客户PaaS、SaaS软件相关交付经验优先； 3、以客户成功为价值导向，有面向客户的软件实施及服务方案部署等项目经验； 4、优秀的沟通与团队协作能力，以实现共赢为目标，书面及语言沟通能力强； 5、至少对单行业细分方向的行业知识、业务知识、业务架构、应用架构有整体深刻理解，能够在细分专业领域独立完成系统需求分析、蓝图方案设计，并完成落地方案； 6、掌握基础企业IT架构和业务系统认知，能够在不同业务场景下支撑输出面向大客户企业级应用的相关解决方案，具备系统架构、ITSP咨询、组织管理诊断经验者优先。
