1、本科及以上学历，有财务/计算机/流程管理相关专业背景者优先； 2、有3年以上ToB销售运营相关专业经验，对ToB销售体系有足够的认知和理解，有体系化的商机管理、流程管理经验； 3、具备出色的沟通、组织和协调能力，有丰富的跨团队合作经验；学习能力强，有敏锐的数据洞察能力和严谨的思维逻辑，善于分析、归纳、解决问题； 4、有云计算、大数据、软件行业运营经验者优先； 5、有企业LTC变革或数字化转型经验者优先。
