1、负责抖音生活服务商家生态治理策略，识别、诊断并推动解决交易链路中的关键体验问题，覆盖下单、履约、售后等核心环节； 2、围绕交易风险识别、流量调控、商家处置、商家牵引等方向，设计并持续优化治理策略，提升用户交易体验和商家经营效率，形成良好的商家生态； 3、针对重点行业、类目及场景搭建分层治理机制和评估体系，形成精细化、可复制的专项治理方案，持续沉淀策略方法论； 4、联动产品、算法、运营、行业等团队，推动重点专项落地和治理能力建设，并基于效果复盘持续迭代优化。

1、本科及以上学历，1~3年策略产品/运营经验，有本地生活、商品、商家生态治理经验优先； 2、具备较强的逻辑分析、问题抽象和策略设计能力，能够基于业务数据识别问题、定位原因并推动闭环解决； 3、对生活服务行业有好奇心，具备良好的业务理解和风险判断能力，能够从用户、商家、平台等多方视角综合思考问题； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通协同、项目管理和推动能力，能够独立推进复杂项目落地。
