1、负责内容理解平台的产品运营工作，包括但不限于维护用户文档、日常答疑、使用引导与问题支持，收集平台用户的需求和反馈，协同产品、研发推动提升用户体验； 2、推动UGC等内容理解业务方及搜索、推荐等应用方接入，制定接入流程与规范，推动标签、样本、模型、评估能力等资源在平台内沉淀、复用与共享，避免重复建设； 3、深入内容理解策略运营、算法的工作流程，识别流程卡点和问题抽象为平台解决方案，帮助内容理解各业务规范并高速发展； 4、协同产品、算法、研发、数据团队推进平台敏捷迭代，组织专项周会与线上走查，保障项目节奏与交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上平台运营、产品运营经验，有B端平台、算法/数据/AI平台、内容治理或策略平台运营经验者优先； 2、了解多模态内容理解能力的基本链路，了解数据、样本、训练、评测的基本概念，能与算法和产品研发团队高效协同，能熟练应用AI工具完成标准化链路搭建； 3、项目推进能力强，能在产品、算法、研发、运营、数据等多角色之间对齐目标与排期，推动跨团队工作稳定推进，具备较强的责任心； 4、逻辑思维和学习能力强，能够快速理解复杂的算法与数据链路，将分散的用户诉求抽象为清晰的平台流程机制与产品需求。
