1、负责国际化效果广告产品在APAC市场的GTM推进及跨团队协作，结合市场、广告主、代理商及业务洞察，制定产品推广策略并推动落地，与销售、市场、市场营销Science、产品运营及产品管理团队协作，端到端推进产品发布、采用推广及后续效果复盘； 2、作为重点代理商的产品伙伴，定期提供业务复盘、产品策略分享、数据分析、效果诊断及产品答疑，帮助代理商提升产品使用效果； 3、协同销售及代理商团队，挖掘重点代理商账户中的产品渗透机会、广告主增长空间及商业收入机会； 4、面向代理商生态搭建可规模化的赋能项目，包括代理商培训、线上研讨会、活动、产品简报、教育内容及激活Playbook；为销售团队输出产品培训、上线更新、销售材料、最佳实践及问题排查指南，提升一线团队的产品理解和客户支持效率； 5、持续收集APAC代理商及广告主的产品反馈，将市场痛点、产品缺口转化为面向全球产品团队的优化建议；监控产品采用率及商业表现，搭建流程、工具及自动化机制，提升产品推广和执行效率。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上商业化产品营销工作经验，有效果广告或付费媒体背景优先； 2、熟悉代理商合作模式，有代理商从业经验，或与媒介代理商、战略客户深度合作的经验优先；理解媒介采购流程、广告投放优化及效果衡量体系，对代理商在实际投放中的需求和痛点有判断； 3、有广告解决方案GTM策略制定及产品采用推动经验，能够结合业务目标推进产品渗透、广告主增长及收入提升； 4、具备较强的数据分析和业务诊断能力，能基于数据表现、客户反馈及市场洞察，输出清晰的产品和业务建议； 5、有产品培训、线上研讨会、Playbook、销售材料或其他规模化赋能项目的搭建与交付经验； 6、沟通协作能力强，能够与销售、市场、产品运营、产品管理及全球团队高效合作，推动复杂项目落地；学习能力强，思路灵活，能在信息不完全的环境中快速判断重点并推进结果；英语流利，能够支持与全球产品团队及本地销售团队的日常沟通。
