1、负责字节跳动游戏产品线的风险治理工作，如外挂对抗、打金工作室、账号安全、内容安全、资金安全等，保障游戏环境健康和公平性； 2、熟悉游戏黑产作弊手法，主动挖掘分析黑产行为模式，搭建主动的风险感知和风控治理体系； 3、基于海量的画像、模型和策略体系构建，负责全生命周期的安全模型和策略运营，持续提升风险治理效果和效率。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计相关专业，2年及以上风控工作经验； 2、编程能力强，至少精通一种编程语言（Python/SQL/Go），熟悉hadoop/Spark/Flink等大数据处理框架； 3、有扎实的算法基础，熟悉常见的机器学习算法和模型框架，如catboost/xgb/dbscan/BERT/leiden等，具备数据分析和挖掘能力； 4、善于思考，对技术有热情，有良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神； 5、有风控研发经验者优先。
