1、担任头部创作者的专属成长顾问，通过主动的电话/在线沟通，深度挖掘其在内容创作、流量增长及商业变现等方面的核心诉求与瓶颈，并提供定制化的账号诊断与成长方案； 2、负责创作者全渠道咨询与问题的一站式闭环解决，确保服务体验；敏锐识别并协调处理潜在业务风险，保障创作者体验与平台声誉； 3、负责官方创作者社群的全周期运营，通过策划活动、宣导权益等方式提升社群活跃度，并进行正向引导，以提升创作者的投稿量、内容播放量与平台留存； 4、通过个性化1v1服务，提供选题指导、活动邀约等专属支持建立创作者成长档案，为创作者的选题、拍摄及剪辑提供优化建议，助力其内容突破与数据增长。

1、本科及以上学历，需具备1年以上社群运营、用户运营或内容运营任一工作经验；有内容平台/MCN机构/自媒体运营相关经历者优先； 2、抖音等短视频平台深度用户，网感佳，熟悉内容生产与流量逻辑； 3、具备出色的主动沟通能力与逻辑思维，擅长通过电话、社群等方式与创作者建立信任、挖掘需求，并能基于数据拆解问题、定位增长机会； 4、对短视频行业有良好的认知，有出色的沟通能力以及团队协作能力；较强拿结果的能力，有良好的自我学习能力。
