1、本科及以上学历，3年以上产品运营工作经验，具备独立完成商业化培训产品设计及相关经验，具备风险预判、解决客户问题的能力； 2、具备敏锐的市场洞察能力，能够从数据、客户需求中提炼业务价值，输出可落地的培训产品解决方案或产品； 3、具备强跨部门沟通、协调能力，能够独立推动项目落地； 4、结果导向，能够独立推动项目闭环； 5、具备优秀的公开演讲与商务宣讲能力，控场能力佳，能够独立面向企业中高层输出专业方案；能快速赢得客户信任，且有丰富的一号位对话经验，能灵活适配各种沟通风格；

加分项： 1、有企业管理咨询、内训讲师经验，有公开授课/方案宣讲经历； 2、懂大模型/AI应用相关知识，参与过AI相关课程/产品研发； 3、有生态/SaaS行业从业经验，有客户服务经验； 4、具备丰富的业务数字化转型咨询落地经验； 5、师范院校毕业，有课程设计、开发、授课能力。
