1、负责音乐内容体系建设，提升内容的竞争力； 2、制定完整的内容供给策略方案，协同各合作部门落地实施，对于实施过程中出现的问题制定有效的解决方案，保证方案顺利落地； 3、建立并持续完善内容监控体系、价值评估体系、内容质量评估标准、内容引入机制等，基于数据分析发现优化空间并推进落地； 4、根据内容特点制定内容或创作者引入及生产规划，协同相关方跟进项目管理，并及时进行产能调整、制定效率提升优化方案等； 5、持续挖掘内容生态问题，基于对目标用户和内容的理解探索新的内容方向。

1、本科及以上学历，有策略运营/数据分析/经营分析等相关经验者优先； 2、具备良好的项目管理能力、执行力和沟通协调能力，能独立负责项目和跨部门推进； 3、良好的数据敏感度，逻辑能力，自我驱动，结果导向，善于不断学习提升，； 4、了解音乐内容、音乐版权行业或有内容生态策略运营、平台策略经验的候选人优先。
