团队介绍：国际化内容安全平台团队致力于为字节跳动国际化产品的用户维护安全可信赖环境，通过开发、迭代机器学习模型和信息系统以更早、更快发掘风险、监控风险、响应紧急事件，以人工智能技术支持业务发展，力求更高效、更敏捷、更全能地维护站内生态安全。

1、负责NLP、图像、多模态、大模型及Agent等前沿技术在评论、消息与账号安全场景中的应用探索与落地，提升平台安全性与用户体验； 2、设计并维护跨模态标注与评估体系，推动高质量数据建设，提升模型的可靠性； 3、与基础架构、数据与平台团队紧密协作，优化大规模分布式训练与推理效率，提升线上服务的稳定性与资源利用率； 4、与跨职能团队合作，明确业务目标，持续通过算法与系统迭代提升线上审核系统的效果与自动化水平。

1、扎实的机器学习与深度学习基础，具备模型研发经验； 2、至少2年以上NLP、计算机视觉或多模态方向研发经验，具备训练与优化实践； 3、具备扎实的工程实现与代码调优能力，熟练掌握PyTorch或TensorFlow； 4、具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推动能力，能够在复杂业务场景中提出创新解决方案并有效落地； 5、在顶级会议/期刊（NeurIPS，ICML，ICLR，CVPR，ICCV，ACL等）有论文发表者优先。
