1、深度理解业务商业模式、营收结构、运营模型及项目周期，对接公司各业务线，承担资金业务合作伙伴角色，输出资金配套方案，现金管控策略，为业务落地落地提供资金专业支持，保证资金业务合规运作； 2、定期输出业务线流程梳理文档、资金经营分析报告及资金成本收益复盘报告等，拆解资金沉淀成本及收益等核心指标，结合业务数据进行资金分析，定位资金管理痛点，输出优化方案，为管理层资金决策、预算管控提供业务数据支撑； 3、对接全球各大银行、金融机构，维护银企合作关系，统筹业务角度资金方案优化，结合业务线资金运营情况，提升资金使用效率，熟悉跨境投融资、ODI、外汇等实操业务； 4、统筹资金BP团队工作分配、进度把控、能力培养，梳理标准化资金BP工作流程，沉淀业务资金解决方案模版，推动业财系统、资金系统优化，提升团队整体工作效率及业务支持能力。

1、本科及以上学历，财务管理、会计学、金融学、经济学等相关专业；拥有CFA、CMA、ACCA等职业资格优先； 2、5年以上资金管理、资金BP、财资管控相关工作经验，熟悉企业资金运作模式，有多业务线并行支持、国际化资金管理体系搭建、外汇及流动性管理经验优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析和逻辑判断能力，能够基于业务信息、财务数据和资金流水进行差异归因、趋势识别、资金风险预警及流程优化经验； 4、具备较强的业财融合思维，良好的跨团队沟通和项目推进能力，可高效联动业务、核算等各部门推进流程落地和问题解决能力； 5、工作严谨细致，具备较强的责任心、目标感、执行力及团队合作意识，具备良好的英语读写和沟通能力，英语可作为工作语言。
