1、负责项目计划、实施、日常管理工作，对项目成本、人员、进度、质量、风险进行有效控制与管理； 2、代表公司与客户方进行项目执行的沟通，作为客户界面统一接口人，对话客户中高层，拉通内部资源成就客户项目价值； 3、配合前端商务、售前支撑拓展，拉通各方资源、引导客户、协助前端规划项目方向； 4、定期向客户及公司的主管领导汇报项目执行情况，确保项目的正常验收及延续； 5、结合公司产品及战略为新行业客户提供数字化转型的服务。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程相关专业毕业，5年以上项目经理或项目负责人经验； 2、熟悉相关部门及企业相关行业数据中台、数字化转型、数据营销、IT基础设施等建设方法论和落地路径； 3、具有一定的抗压能力、强责任心、强自驱力，善于积极解决及反馈问题； 4、具有很好的沟通能力、业务理解能力、团队协作能力、高效执行力、项目推动能力； 5、熟悉项目管理方法和管理工具，能承受一定程度的出差或驻场工作，有PMP、PRINCE2、信息系统项目管理师等证书优先考虑。
